Chevalis Interactive respects your privacy. This page explains what data is collected through the site, why, and how to manage it.

Data collected

Only what you enter in the order form:

• your username or studio name;
• your contact method (Discord username or email address);
• the project type, indicative budget and preferred deadline;
• the description of your project.

No payment data is collected: there is no online payment on this site.

Purpose

This information is only used to reply to you, prepare a quote and discuss your project. No cold outreach, no reselling, no sharing with third parties for commercial purposes.

Transmission & storage of requests

On submission, your brief is sent to our private workspace via Discord (Discord Inc.). It is only accessible to the Chevalis Interactive team.

Retention period

Requests are kept for the duration of the project, then at most 12 months after the last exchange, before deletion.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Just write to contact@chevalisinteractive.com.
